As a customer experience specialist you are a big part of the connection between people and their Fliteboard. Together with Alex you share your passion for our products while you build relationships with customers and partners. You help make sure that these relationships thrive. Every conversation you have - in person, online, by phone, chat, or email — is an opportunity to upgrade their experience. Whether you’re sharing a pro tip or you’re troubleshooting something technical, you love to save someone’s day out on the water.

The role is offered as a full-time position with flexible business hours, 4 week days and 1 day to help cover the weekend shift. The role is based in Haarlem, close to ‘Amsterdam beaches’ Zandvoort aan Zee and Bloemendaal.
