Customer Experience Specialist

Job description

Imagine a watercraft that flies smoothly above the water at exhilarating speeds. It doesn’t rely upon wind or waves and gives you the freedom to travel for up to 30km per charge. Fliteboard is a global team of surfers, engineers and designers with one shared vision: revolutionize watersports. Ready to join Australia’s most exciting and fastest growing scaleup? We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist for our European HQ (Amsterdam region).

Reach new heights.
Our teams innovate, design, sell and support watercrafts that are ridiculously fun, engaging and efficient. As a customer experience specialist you are a big part of the connection between people and their Fliteboard. Together with Alex you share your passion for our products while you build relationships with customers and partners. You help make sure that these relationships thrive. Every conversation you have - in person, online, by phone, chat, or email — is an opportunity to upgrade their experience. Whether you’re sharing a pro tip or you’re troubleshooting something technical, you love to save someone’s day out on the water.
